We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to offer a partial refund or no refund at all for noncompliant returns. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee or £10, whichever is greater, for B2B buyers.

We recommend you return via a signed-for service, as we will only refund or replace the goods we receive. Return shipping comes at your cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as embroidered products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
We do provide free exchanges that take slightly longer, where you will have to pay the cost of returning your item to our warehouse. We will then send your exchange upon receipt of your item, covering the postage to send it to you.
Please circle or select the item you want to exchange and indicate the new size you would like to receive. Please note that you are responsible for the return or exchange postage costs. Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement at our expense.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. We aim to process returns within two working days of receipt. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund, too.
