Parcels are typically sent via Royal Mail, with an expected delivery time of 2-3 working days for mainland UK. However, please note that this delivery timeframe does not apply to orders with embroidery, bespoke items, or items not currently in stock.

Our standard delivery to the mainland UK costs £5.99, which includes VAT, and is fulfilled using Royal Mail 48 Tracked.

Our express delivery to the mainland UK costs £10.99, which includes VAT, and is fulfilled using Royal Mail 24 Tracked.

Please note that orders placed over the weekend are not fulfilled until Monday.

For all other countries, delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

All non-UK customers have their orders delivered duty paid (DDP). To clarify, items shipped to addresses outside the UK will be delivered with duties already paid.
