Shipping policy

Parcels are typically sent via Royal Mail, with an expected delivery time of 2-3 working days for mainland UK. However, please note that this delivery timeframe does not apply to orders with embroidery, bespoke items, or items not currently in stock. For European destinations, the estimated delivery time is approximately five working days. For information on delivery times to other countries, contact us.

Please ensure you place your order before 1 p.m. for same-day dispatch.

Our standard delivery to the mainland UK costs £5.99, which includes VAT, and is fulfilled using Royal Mail 48 Tracked. The estimated delivery window for standard delivery is 2-3 business days.

Our express delivery to the mainland UK costs £10.99, which includes VAT, and is fulfilled using Royal Mail 24 Tracked. The estimated delivery window for express delivery is 1 business day.

Please note: Embroidered items require additional processing time and do not follow the standard delivery estimates. Once completed, all embroidery orders are shipped via DHL Express.

Please note that orders placed over the weekend are not fulfilled until Monday.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout for deliveries to all other countries.

All non-UK customers have their orders delivered duty paid (DDP), except in Iceland and USA, where the customers will be responsible for duties and taxes. To clarify, items shipped to addresses outside the UK will be delivered with duties already paid.
