Modern Slavery Statement

We take modern slavery seriously. We have long-term relationships with our factories (some
exceeding 20 years) and order direct with our garment factories and not via agents. This facilitates
control of where our garments are made.

We champion that employment must be freely chosen and acknowledge that slavery is both a
violation of the individual’s right and a crime.

We encourage transparency in both our supply chain and our own business and we are consistent
with our obligations under the Modern Slavery Act of 2015.
