Embroidery Process in Detail

1. Embroidery Digitisation:

The Embroidery Set-Up Fee covers the one-time process of converting your logo or text into a stitch-ready digital design. This is called Embroidery Digitisation and is required for your FIRST embroidery order only.

During this stage, we create the digital design for the logo or text, approve its final version with the client, and confirm the size of the embroidery, thread colours, and the embroidery’s positioning on the garment.

The process may take 2-3 business days, depending on the complexity of the logo and the number of approvals required. Once the logo design is approved, it’s ready to be embroidered. The set-up fee is paid once; it is not included in every repeat order.

If you need two different logos or texts on one garment (e.g., a logo on the front and text on the back), please add two Embroidery Set-Up Fees to your order.

2. Embroidery:

The embroidery of a garment involves stitching one logo or text onto each garment. The minimum order quantity is six garments.

Please note that two logos on one garment are considered two separate logos and are charged twice:

  • One logo (e.g., front only, back only, sleeve only, etc.) = one embroidery charge per garment.

  • Two logos (e.g., front and back) = 2 embroidery charges per garment

The Embroidery fee is paid per logo; please add the respective quantity to your order.

Once an order is placed, a Mirabella Workwear team member will contact you with the necessary details to proceed with logo digitisation and embroidery. The embroidery process takes 5-15 business days, depending on order volume, complexity and available capacity. Once an order is ready, it will be dispatched the next business day.
