What is the embroidery set-up fee?
The embroidery setup fee covers the one-time process of converting your logo or text into a stitch-ready digital design — this is called embroidery digitisation.
During this process (2–3 business days), we:
- Digitise your logo or text
- Confirm the final design with you
- Finalise the size, thread colours, and placement on the garment
Once approved, your design is saved and ready to use on all future orders — no setup fee needed again.

Add an Embroidery Fee to your cart for each garment you'd like embroidered:
Once your order is placed, a Mirabella Workwear team member will be in touch to finalise the details.
Embroidery takes 5–15 business days, then your order is dispatched the next working day.
