Standard delivery takes approx 2–3 working days for mainland UK.

Please note: Delivery times do not apply to embroidered or out-of-stock items.

We charge a flat delivery fee of £5.99 or £10.99 for all UK mainland orders, regardless of whether you purchase a single item or multiple items. Embroidery items once ready are delivered via DHL Express.

International Delivery

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout. All non-UK orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

For non-UK businesses ordering over €150, please provide an EORI number and valid VAT number for customs clearance.

You may return your order at your cost within 30 days from receipt for a refund or a replacement. 

We aim to process returns within two working days of receipt. Please allow up to five working days for a credit to reach your account. 

We recommend you return via a signed-for service as we will only refund or replace the goods we receive.

Only goods that are unworn, unwashed, not embroidered, not bespoke and returned in a pristine condition will be refunded or replaced. We reserve the right to offer a partial refund, or no refund at all, for returns that are not compliant.

We reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee or £10 whichever is the greater for B2B buyers.

To make a return, please complete the Returns Form sent with your order and enclose it with your returning goods.
