Shipping Information

Parcels are typically sent via Royal Mail, with an expected delivery time of 2-3 working days for mainland UK. However, please note that this delivery timeframe does not apply to orders with embroidery, bespoke items, or items not currently in stock. For European destinations, the estimated delivery time is approximately 5 working days. For information on delivery times to other countries, get in touch with us.

Shipping Costs

The standard delivery cost to UK mainland is only £7.99 including VAT, and delivery charges apply to all orders.

For all other countries, delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

Import Taxes and Duties

The buyer is responsible for all import taxes and duties associated with the shipment.

You may return your order at your cost within 30 days from receipt for a refund or a replacement. 

We aim to process returns within two working days of receipt. Please allow up to five working days for a credit to reach your account. 

We recommend you return via a signed-for service as we will only refund or replace the goods we receive.

Only goods that are unworn, unwashed, not embroidered, not bespoke and returned in a pristine condition will be refunded or replaced. We reserve the right to offer a partial refund, or no refund at all, for returns that are not compliant.

We reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee or £10 whichever is the greater for B2B buyers.

To make a return, please complete the Returns Form sent with your order and enclose it with your returning goods.
