Standard delivery takes approx 2–3 working days for mainland UK.

Please note: Delivery times do not apply to embroidered or out-of-stock items.

We charge a flat delivery fee of £5.99 or £10.99 for all UK mainland orders, regardless of whether you purchase a single item or multiple items. Embroidery items once ready are delivered via DHL Express.

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout. All non-UK orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

For non-UK businesses ordering over €150, please provide an EORI number and valid VAT number for customs clearance.

Request a return

You may return your order at your cost within 30 days from receipt for a refund or a replacement. 

We aim to process returns within two working days of receipt. Please allow up to five working days for the credit to be applied to your account. 

We recommend you return via a signed-for service, as we will only refund or replace the goods we receive.

Only goods that are unworn, unwashed, not embroidered, not bespoke and returned in a pristine condition will be refunded or replaced. We reserve the right to offer a partial refund, or no refund at all, for returns that are not compliant.

We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee or £10, whichever is greater, for B2B buyers.

To return an item, please circle the products you are returning and use the return label provided on the packing slip that accompanied your order. For exchanges, circle the item and specify the new size. Note that you are responsible for the return/exchange postage costs.
